Narrative:
On start up announced our intention to taxi to runway 36 winds were light. Taxied to runway 36 completed before takeoff procedures and taxied onto runway announcing 'takeoff at apple valley runway 36 left downwind.' commenced takeoff roll, runway is slightly uphill so lights were slightly up in the windshield. Quite a few backgnd lights. As roll continued noticed a flashing light among backgnd lights. Glanced down. Speed about 65 KTS. Looked up and confirmed light flashing was a beacon light of another aircraft. Pulled aircraft off the ground and started climb out. Passed over the top of a landing aircraft by 50-100'. He was pulling to one side of the runway towards taxi exit. I called on the radio 'what, no radio?' the weakly voice reply was 'didn't you see my lights' (the aircraft had no landing light). I called back 'that's what radios are for.' my taxi time was approximately 2 mins so aircraft was probably on short final or on rollout when we began taxi. The other aircraft looked like a small high wing.

Title: PLT OF SMA ATX TOOK OFF OVER A TAXIING SMA AT UNCONTROLLED ARPT IN NIGHT OPERATION.
Narrative: ON START UP ANNOUNCED OUR INTENTION TO TAXI TO RWY 36 WINDS WERE LIGHT. TAXIED TO RWY 36 COMPLETED BEFORE TKOF PROCS AND TAXIED ONTO RWY ANNOUNCING 'TKOF AT APPLE VALLEY RWY 36 L DOWNWIND.' COMMENCED TKOF ROLL, RWY IS SLIGHTLY UPHILL SO LIGHTS WERE SLIGHTLY UP IN THE WINDSHIELD. QUITE A FEW BACKGND LIGHTS. AS ROLL CONTINUED NOTICED A FLASHING LIGHT AMONG BACKGND LIGHTS. GLANCED DOWN. SPD ABOUT 65 KTS. LOOKED UP AND CONFIRMED LIGHT FLASHING WAS A BEACON LIGHT OF ANOTHER ACFT. PULLED ACFT OFF THE GND AND STARTED CLB OUT. PASSED OVER THE TOP OF A LNDG ACFT BY 50-100'. HE WAS PULLING TO ONE SIDE OF THE RWY TOWARDS TAXI EXIT. I CALLED ON THE RADIO 'WHAT, NO RADIO?' THE WEAKLY VOICE REPLY WAS 'DIDN'T YOU SEE MY LIGHTS' (THE ACFT HAD NO LNDG LIGHT). I CALLED BACK 'THAT'S WHAT RADIOS ARE FOR.' MY TAXI TIME WAS APPROX 2 MINS SO ACFT WAS PROBABLY ON SHORT FINAL OR ON ROLLOUT WHEN WE BEGAN TAXI. THE OTHER ACFT LOOKED LIKE A SMALL HIGH WING.
