Narrative:
Aircraft came in on a through trip with [a maintenance alert] assigned for #2 main tire worn. When installing gear pins; I found exposed cords on #1; #2; [and] #4 main tires. My partner was [retrieving a replacement] tire for assigned [maintenance alert] tire. I sent him to get the 2 additional tires while I jacked the aircraft and began removal of #1 [and] #2 tire assemblies. Found that all 3 replaced tires came from the shop significantly under-inflated. We just barely completed work before end of our shift; without delay to flight.
