Narrative:
Upon takeoff from runway 25 at den; we encountered moderate wake turbulence. The aircraft rolled approximately 30-40 degrees right; then left repeatedly for approximately 10 seconds. Full deflection was used on the control wheel in both directions. We took off behind a B-757 which was approximately 3 miles ahead. No injuries or other incidents afterwards.
