Received a call from ramp lead for this flight. According to the ramp lead; item #4 has an overhang on both sides. The ramp reported that the commodity was a car. Loading was rearranged to accommodate and some freight removed. The remark shows no indication that the item has an overhang. Also; since the commodity was reported to be a car; the only hazardous information provided shows rmd. Most cars have combustion engines which means flammable liquids may be present (i.e. Fuel; oil; etc.).
