Narrative:
Head down and locked! Cleared runway after landing. I was PNF. Local control instructed us to 'cross runway 2, contact ground point 9.' I began filling out post-flight paperwork. Suddenly I heard, 'aircraft identify, contact ground!' I switched to ground as both we and a corp jet stopped short. We had cleared 2 and were entering taxiway a. I had failed to contact ground and we had incurred upon an active taxiway west/O clearance, and into the path of the bizjet. The flight is not over till the chocks are in place. I fixated on secondary duties and forgot to call ground.

Title: GOV LTT FAILED TO CHANGE FREQ TO GND CTL AND ENTERED A TXWY WITHOUT CLRNC, ALMOST HITTING ANOTHER ACFT.
Narrative: HEAD DOWN AND LOCKED! CLRED RWY AFTER LNDG. I WAS PNF. LCL CTL INSTRUCTED US TO 'CROSS RWY 2, CONTACT GND POINT 9.' I BEGAN FILLING OUT POST-FLT PAPERWORK. SUDDENLY I HEARD, 'ACFT IDENT, CONTACT GND!' I SWITCHED TO GND AS BOTH WE AND A CORP JET STOPPED SHORT. WE HAD CLRED 2 AND WERE ENTERING TXWY A. I HAD FAILED TO CONTACT GND AND WE HAD INCURRED UPON AN ACTIVE TXWY W/O CLRNC, AND INTO THE PATH OF THE BIZJET. THE FLT IS NOT OVER TILL THE CHOCKS ARE IN PLACE.
