Narrative:
A passenger passed out and started shaking. F/a advised flight deck and requested for O2 to be turned on, which we did. F/a used walk-around bottle and administered O2 to passenger. The captain went to the cabin for an observation and found the passenger pale white with a weak pulse and shallow breathing. He returned to the cockpit and requested from czyz to go back to buf. I called our company and they said to go to yyz because no one was at buf. We stayed northwest of buf on the 310 degree right and 40 DME fix, and held because passenger was coming around. My captain returned to the cabin and the passenger insisted he was ok and wanted to continue to msp. He said he was nervous and tired, and maybe that's why he passed out. He claimed not to be on any drugs or medication and had 2 beers earlier in the day. Passenger seemed ok and al 3 F/a's agreed. With air carrier flight control's concurrence, we proceeded to msp. When the incident occurred we informed czyz we had a medical emergency and wanted to go to buf. The controller gave us a 180 degree right turn and cleared us direct buf. We then asked for lower and he cleared us to FL240. We did not declare an emergency or request priority handling. Czyz later confirmed with me that they had not considered it an emergency.

Title: PASSENGER BECAME ILL, CAUSING FLT CREW TO START A DIVERSION TO BUF. PASSENGER RECOVERED AND FLT CONTINUED TO DESTINATION.
Narrative: A PAX PASSED OUT AND STARTED SHAKING. F/A ADVISED FLT DECK AND REQUESTED FOR O2 TO BE TURNED ON, WHICH WE DID. F/A USED WALK-AROUND BOTTLE AND ADMINISTERED O2 TO PAX. THE CAPT WENT TO THE CABIN FOR AN OBSERVATION AND FOUND THE PAX PALE WHITE WITH A WEAK PULSE AND SHALLOW BREATHING. HE RETURNED TO THE COCKPIT AND REQUESTED FROM CZYZ TO GO BACK TO BUF. I CALLED OUR COMPANY AND THEY SAID TO GO TO YYZ BECAUSE NO ONE WAS AT BUF. WE STAYED NW OF BUF ON THE 310 DEG R AND 40 DME FIX, AND HELD BECAUSE PAX WAS COMING AROUND. MY CAPT RETURNED TO THE CABIN AND THE PAX INSISTED HE WAS OK AND WANTED TO CONTINUE TO MSP. HE SAID HE WAS NERVOUS AND TIRED, AND MAYBE THAT'S WHY HE PASSED OUT. HE CLAIMED NOT TO BE ON ANY DRUGS OR MEDICATION AND HAD 2 BEERS EARLIER IN THE DAY. PAX SEEMED OK AND AL 3 F/A'S AGREED. WITH ACR FLT CTL'S CONCURRENCE, WE PROCEEDED TO MSP. WHEN THE INCIDENT OCCURRED WE INFORMED CZYZ WE HAD A MEDICAL EMER AND WANTED TO GO TO BUF. THE CTLR GAVE US A 180 DEG RIGHT TURN AND CLRED US DIRECT BUF. WE THEN ASKED FOR LOWER AND HE CLRED US TO FL240. WE DID NOT DECLARE AN EMER OR REQUEST PRIORITY HANDLING. CZYZ LATER CONFIRMED WITH ME THAT THEY HAD NOT CONSIDERED IT AN EMER.
