Narrative:
At rotation speed; PIC called rotate I pulled back on the yoke smoothly too full aft position and the airplane did not rotate. Yolk felt extremely heavy and after a few seconds it finally rotated. In-flight we noticed the trim indicator seem to be father aft than other airframes we have flown. I believe the pitch trim is rigged to far aft on this airplane.

Title: CE-560XLS First Officer reported aircraft was slow to rotate on takeoff.
