Narrative:
At a stopping point on the taxiway a strong odor was noticeable in the C section (my visible) area of the aircraft. The flight deck was called to inform them of the odor we (me and passengers) we're experiencing. I was informed it was the aircraft in front of us causing this and they were trying to move.
