Narrative:
Landing runway 21 at ZZZ; placed gear down on downwind and all gear indications for down and locked were checked per checklist. Turning base; again gear down and locked were checked per checklist/gumps. Flared and settled easily onto runway gear up. Touched down on centerline; and only as it slowed (not enough air over rudder at that point) was I unable to keep it from drifting a few feet off centerline. Lifting plane to get plane back on gear; as soon as weight was removed (plane lifted the slightest amount) the gear handle popped down and gear fell out (were not in up-locked position). No injuries. Limited damage.
