Narrative:
Same aircraft flew multiple legs with known existing oil leak in engine number 1. Same pilots from the start flew us for the first couple legs; and I took same aircraft for the last leg same night. Oil leak was supposed to be fixed in the departure airport; but after 5hr flight engine lost a significant amount of oil compared to number 2 engine. Pilots were confident to fly the second leg even after oil leak. Next pilot's leg took the plane based on maintenance clearance. When finally at the destination of the third leg I met the capt for the next leg and told her the history. She refused the plane immediately. We lost a significant amount of oil again in second and third legs.where is our safety; maintenance? This is not safe.
