Narrative:
While climbing out aircraft owner distracted both pilots, and attention became focused inside cockpit. Aircraft owner has a habit of doing whatever he wants on the flight deck, adjusting power, using radio, operating gear, etc. The usual problem: pilots are low time, underpaid, love to fly, need work and must make the best of it. Pilots are aware the operator will fly the load if they don't.
