Narrative:

My aircraft is authority/authorized and certified to fly 2 types aircraft to south america. Flight mia-lim was planned, released by dispatch and flown by crew over route not authority/authorized for aircraft. Due to high mountainous terrain, each type of equipment must be analyzed for single engine performance and O2 emergency escape rtes. The route flown by this aircraft was not analyzed for either. This was a simple mistake by dispatch by typing in wrong route on the flight plan release rather than similarly numbered route. To prevent this from happening again, rtes should be aircraft sensitive.

Title: ACFT NOT CERTIFIED FOR HIGH TERRAIN ROUTE WAS DISPATCHED AND FLOWN OVER NON CERTIFIED HIGH TERRAIN ROUTE.

Narrative: MY ACFT IS AUTH AND CERTIFIED TO FLY 2 TYPES ACFT TO S AMERICA. FLT MIA-LIM WAS PLANNED, RELEASED BY DISPATCH AND FLOWN BY CREW OVER RTE NOT AUTH FOR ACFT. DUE TO HIGH MOUNTAINOUS TERRAIN, EACH TYPE OF EQUIP MUST BE ANALYZED FOR SINGLE ENG PERFORMANCE AND O2 EMER ESCAPE RTES. THE RTE FLOWN BY THIS ACFT WAS NOT ANALYZED FOR EITHER. THIS WAS A SIMPLE MISTAKE BY DISPATCH BY TYPING IN WRONG RTE ON THE FLT PLAN RELEASE RATHER THAN SIMILARLY NUMBERED RTE. TO PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING AGAIN, RTES SHOULD BE ACFT SENSITIVE.
