Narrative:
Pilot became nauseous with severe lower abdominal cramps approximately 30 mins into flight. With 22.8 NM RNAV DME registered, a xmissions was made to quad city approach control to report position altitude and ATIS information. No response was received. I diverted my attention to look for a sick-sack because I felt that I was going to vomit. I tried to move normally and speak normally to not frighten the passenger in the seat next to me. At 12.8 DME I again called quad city approach. They answered at 10.8 DME. I reported my position would be 9.8 east of the airport at 2500' with information bravo for landing. They gave me a discrete code. I tuned the code and quad city approach radar idented me at 8.8 east of the airport. Numerous seconds passed, and they approach told me I had opp direction traffic at 12 O'clock, 2800', 3 mi, but I did not see the traffic, and since there was no urgency indicated in the controller's voice and I was not given an immediate vector heading to imply the need for evasive maneuver, I made an immediate descent to 2000' for better sep. When I leveled, approach told me to turn right to 360 degrees. After numerous seconds, I was told to turn left to 310 degrees. After numerous seconds I was told I would be #3 for landing runway 09, and to contact quad city tower. Tower told me I was cleared to land behind an small aircraft on final. I landed and taxied. The passenger was in a hurry to leave for his appointment. After he did, I was going to start for the men's room, but could not make it. I reentered the aircraft for the sick-sack. Shortly after that, I felt well enough to continue home. After takeoff,, I was told to call the quad city tower at my destination. I was told I had entered the moline, il arsa west/O ATC clearance. Had I not been in severe path or concerned about panicking the passenger before I was able to land the aircraft, I would not have flown directly toward the airport or into the arsa west/O having been radar idented much farther out. However, I felt I had to get in and on the ground immediately.

Narrative: PLT BECAME NAUSEOUS WITH SEVERE LOWER ABDOMINAL CRAMPS APPROX 30 MINS INTO FLT. WITH 22.8 NM RNAV DME REGISTERED, A XMISSIONS WAS MADE TO QUAD CITY APCH CTL TO RPT POS ALT AND ATIS INFO. NO RESPONSE WAS RECEIVED. I DIVERTED MY ATTN TO LOOK FOR A SICK-SACK BECAUSE I FELT THAT I WAS GOING TO VOMIT. I TRIED TO MOVE NORMALLY AND SPEAK NORMALLY TO NOT FRIGHTEN THE PAX IN THE SEAT NEXT TO ME. AT 12.8 DME I AGAIN CALLED QUAD CITY APCH. THEY ANSWERED AT 10.8 DME. I RPTED MY POS WOULD BE 9.8 E OF THE ARPT AT 2500' WITH INFO BRAVO FOR LNDG. THEY GAVE ME A DISCRETE CODE. I TUNED THE CODE AND QUAD CITY APCH RADAR IDENTED ME AT 8.8 E OF THE ARPT. NUMEROUS SECS PASSED, AND THEY APCH TOLD ME I HAD OPP DIRECTION TFC AT 12 O'CLOCK, 2800', 3 MI, BUT I DID NOT SEE THE TFC, AND SINCE THERE WAS NO URGENCY INDICATED IN THE CTLR'S VOICE AND I WAS NOT GIVEN AN IMMEDIATE VECTOR HDG TO IMPLY THE NEED FOR EVASIVE MANEUVER, I MADE AN IMMEDIATE DSNT TO 2000' FOR BETTER SEP. WHEN I LEVELED, APCH TOLD ME TO TURN RIGHT TO 360 DEGS. AFTER NUMEROUS SECS, I WAS TOLD TO TURN LEFT TO 310 DEGS. AFTER NUMEROUS SECS I WAS TOLD I WOULD BE #3 FOR LNDG RWY 09, AND TO CONTACT QUAD CITY TWR. TWR TOLD ME I WAS CLRED TO LAND BEHIND AN SMA ON FINAL. I LANDED AND TAXIED. THE PAX WAS IN A HURRY TO LEAVE FOR HIS APPOINTMENT. AFTER HE DID, I WAS GOING TO START FOR THE MEN'S ROOM, BUT COULD NOT MAKE IT. I REENTERED THE ACFT FOR THE SICK-SACK. SHORTLY AFTER THAT, I FELT WELL ENOUGH TO CONTINUE HOME. AFTER TKOF,, I WAS TOLD TO CALL THE QUAD CITY TWR AT MY DEST. I WAS TOLD I HAD ENTERED THE MOLINE, IL ARSA W/O ATC CLRNC. HAD I NOT BEEN IN SEVERE PATH OR CONCERNED ABOUT PANICKING THE PAX BEFORE I WAS ABLE TO LAND THE ACFT, I WOULD NOT HAVE FLOWN DIRECTLY TOWARD THE ARPT OR INTO THE ARSA W/O HAVING BEEN RADAR IDENTED MUCH FARTHER OUT. HOWEVER, I FELT I HAD TO GET IN AND ON THE GND IMMEDIATELY.
