Narrative:

Radar coverage to the south of visibility VOR is very poor, and the beacon channels were also poor. The aircraft did not tag after departing visibility. Looking at the departure time on the flight progress strip, I realized more time had elapsed than I thought since the aircraft reported airborne. I had flight data call bfl approach and request to block the acfts altitude and ask the pilot to say his position. I misjudged the time and position of where I thought the aircraft was. When the aircraft departed and I was not able to identify the aircraft, I should have had the pilot report pixey intersection which is in my airspace (5 mi from boundary with bfl approach). Just prior to this deviation the supervisor started a conversation with me while I was working the fch radar sector. The conversation was not related to the operation at the time. In my view it was more an attempt to let me know that he was keeping tabs on me. Immediately after talking to me the supervisor then called bfl approach. He spoke loudly enough for me to hear him and was asking them if they had had any problems with a controller on the landline and if they did would they please call him and advise him of any problems. These events broke my train of thought on the radar sector and had me concerned with what was going on in the control room. I believe the harassment that was being directed towards me made my working area unsafe and was a contributing effect on this deviation.

Title: TRACON RADAR CTLR ALLOWED AN ACFT TO ENTER ADJACENT FAC'S AIRSPACE WITHOUT A PROPER HANDOFF OR PROPER COORD BEING EFFECTED.

Narrative: RADAR COVERAGE TO THE S OF VIS VOR IS VERY POOR, AND THE BEACON CHANNELS WERE ALSO POOR. THE ACFT DID NOT TAG AFTER DEPARTING VIS. LOOKING AT THE DEP TIME ON THE FLT PROGRESS STRIP, I REALIZED MORE TIME HAD ELAPSED THAN I THOUGHT SINCE THE ACFT RPTED AIRBORNE. I HAD FLT DATA CALL BFL APCH AND REQUEST TO BLOCK THE ACFTS ALT AND ASK THE PLT TO SAY HIS POS. I MISJUDGED THE TIME AND POS OF WHERE I THOUGHT THE ACFT WAS. WHEN THE ACFT DEPARTED AND I WAS NOT ABLE TO IDENT THE ACFT, I SHOULD HAVE HAD THE PLT RPT PIXEY INTXN WHICH IS IN MY AIRSPACE (5 MI FROM BOUNDARY WITH BFL APCH). JUST PRIOR TO THIS DEV THE SUPVR STARTED A CONVERSATION WITH ME WHILE I WAS WORKING THE FCH RADAR SECTOR. THE CONVERSATION WAS NOT RELATED TO THE OPERATION AT THE TIME. IN MY VIEW IT WAS MORE AN ATTEMPT TO LET ME KNOW THAT HE WAS KEEPING TABS ON ME. IMMEDIATELY AFTER TALKING TO ME THE SUPVR THEN CALLED BFL APCH. HE SPOKE LOUDLY ENOUGH FOR ME TO HEAR HIM AND WAS ASKING THEM IF THEY HAD HAD ANY PROBS WITH A CTLR ON THE LANDLINE AND IF THEY DID WOULD THEY PLEASE CALL HIM AND ADVISE HIM OF ANY PROBS. THESE EVENTS BROKE MY TRAIN OF THOUGHT ON THE RADAR SECTOR AND HAD ME CONCERNED WITH WHAT WAS GOING ON IN THE CTL ROOM. I BELIEVE THE HARASSMENT THAT WAS BEING DIRECTED TOWARDS ME MADE MY WORKING AREA UNSAFE AND WAS A CONTRIBUTING EFFECT ON THIS DEV.
