Narrative:

Thunderstorms were in the milwaukee area. A the final approach fix we could see the airport. We were half way down the localizer 25 approach when tower called us and said WX was on the west side of the field. The captain said we can see the airport, hold the WX off for another min. At about 500' AGL, tower called us and said windshear all quadrants, if you want to go missed approach you can go north or south. I said I don't like this let's go missed. The captain said don't do that then we just get jacked around. Keep it coming. The ride down and landing were not all that bad. Winds were about 200 degree at 20 gusting to 35. The captain told the tower we are continuing. Had I been captain I would have gone around. I will be talking to our union professional standards committee. Captain has get-there-itis.
