Narrative:
The control tower had just closed less than 5 minutes before this event happened. I was performing a short approach for a touch and go on runway 27L and right as I touched down and began my take off roll; a duchess; taxied across 27L at D2. I had to increase back pressure to take off to ensure I did not hit him. Would not have been able to stop before the taxiway if I hadn't have taken off. I informed the duchess pilot that I was landing and he apologized and stated he didn't see me approaching the runway.
