Narrative:
After landing; while turning the aircraft onto taxiway the tiller got caught in the power cord of the first officer's tough pad efb restricting my ability to make the required turn without untangling the cord from the tiller.poor placement of the tough pad efb.relocate the tough pad efb to the original efb location. This is a serious safety issue.
