Narrative:
Cleared to descend on the dylan 4 arrival. Passing dupont VOR we were called by new york center and asked about altitude. Replied that we were passing 17;000 ft. New york told us to check the STAR. The STAR showed that the minimum altitude at dupont was 20;000 ft. New york told us there was no conflict/problem. The requirement to be at 20k minimum over dupont was missed by me. Part of the problem may be that we are now using efb's and the altitude requirement at dqo was in a slightly different format/location than the other altitude requirements on the arrival.
Original NASA ASRS Text
Title: A Captain reported that while using a new EFB he misread a STAR crossing restriction because the altitude constraint text placement was different from where it was usually seen.
