Narrative:

A type was made in the minimum fuel column of flight's release. The difference between what was needed and what was taken was 2000 # of fuel. The aircraft departed with dispatched fuel. After a second dispatcher had taken over the shift, he found the type, then contacted the aircraft and changed his minimum fuel. The aircraft had taken off 20000# lighter than planned, so another flight plan was pulled and the flight then had enough fuel to continue to its original destination.
