Narrative:
4 days after scheduled flts, I was informed by the chief pilot that I had flown aircraft with an open discrepancy in the aircraft forms. The aircraft had a pressurization problem which was deferred by maintenance in accordance with the MEL. Also written up was the cabin door seal making noise, which was not deferred. I assumed the cabin door seal was part of the deferred pressurization. Aircraft was flown to and from tol unpressurized with no unusual occurrences. Cabin door was secure and annunciator warning lights was not illuminated on forward INS panel. Personally, I did not realize there was a discrepancy with the aircraft. This alleged oversight definitely out of the norm for this pilot. I pride myself on flying a sound airworthy aircraft. I thought the aircraft in question was sound and airworthy. To prevent reoccurrence of this nature, I will ensure the aircraft records are reviewed by the second officer individually, and any questions will be discussed in detail among ourselves. This alleged situation will be discussed with the other capts within the company by myself.

Title: ACFT FLOWN ON TURNAROUND WITH DEFERRED MINIMUM EQUIPMENT LIST AND DOOR SEAL NOT DEFERRED.
Narrative: 4 DAYS AFTER SCHEDULED FLTS, I WAS INFORMED BY THE CHIEF PLT THAT I HAD FLOWN ACFT WITH AN OPEN DISCREPANCY IN THE ACFT FORMS. THE ACFT HAD A PRESSURIZATION PROB WHICH WAS DEFERRED BY MAINT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MEL. ALSO WRITTEN UP WAS THE CABIN DOOR SEAL MAKING NOISE, WHICH WAS NOT DEFERRED. I ASSUMED THE CABIN DOOR SEAL WAS PART OF THE DEFERRED PRESSURIZATION. ACFT WAS FLOWN TO AND FROM TOL UNPRESSURIZED WITH NO UNUSUAL OCCURRENCES. CABIN DOOR WAS SECURE AND ANNUNCIATOR WARNING LIGHTS WAS NOT ILLUMINATED ON FORWARD INS PANEL. PERSONALLY, I DID NOT REALIZE THERE WAS A DISCREPANCY WITH THE ACFT. THIS ALLEGED OVERSIGHT DEFINITELY OUT OF THE NORM FOR THIS PLT. I PRIDE MYSELF ON FLYING A SOUND AIRWORTHY ACFT. I THOUGHT THE ACFT IN QUESTION WAS SOUND AND AIRWORTHY. TO PREVENT REOCCURRENCE OF THIS NATURE, I WILL ENSURE THE ACFT RECORDS ARE REVIEWED BY THE S/O INDIVIDUALLY, AND ANY QUESTIONS WILL BE DISCUSSED IN DETAIL AMONG OURSELVES. THIS ALLEGED SITUATION WILL BE DISCUSSED WITH THE OTHER CAPTS WITHIN THE COMPANY BY MYSELF.
