Narrative:
I was in a congested area and started to taxi and can see nothing in front of me in a stearman tail wheel aircraft. You need a little speed to south turn and just as I got that speed and started to south turn I collided with aircraft Y that was parked. I slammed on [the] brakes but too late; minor damage to the stearman. I will need a new propeller and minor [damage] to aircraft Y; it will need a new stabilator. Lesson learned I will always use an aircraft marshaller with a stearman in a small congested area.
