Narrative:
The traffic volume was very high for one controller. I cleared aircraft X for the visual approach and he didn't start the descent as fast as I thought he would. Aircraft Y was headed north and I noticed it when they were too close; but know that they were not going to come together. I told them about each other and they were not concerned.the traffic volume was extreme; but this is due to covid.
