Narrative:
At initial climb out my elevator / pitch control stuck in high pitch attitude. Climbed at high angle of attack. Attempted to decrease pitch but stick was frozen. Maintained full throttle to prevent stall and continued to climb attempting to evaluate problem. Problem was identified. My cell phone had slipped through the stick boot cover and jammed controls. Big hand and small opening. Was able to fetch my phone and free up controls. I climbed 500 feet into floor of class C airspace. I pushed over the nose and made a rapid decent to clear class C airspace.
