Narrative:
We received our clearance from fra while taxiing out. Part of it was a reroute. We concentrated on clarifying the reroute instead of the SID, which was different than normally flown. We were cleared for a kirn 2L departure. On takeoff, we began to fly the kirn 25. There is about a 25 degree different between the 2. Departure control corrected us about 4-5 mi out. Contributing factors: language problem. Reroute. Flight crew inattn. Rather complicated SID charts.
