Narrative:
On initial climbout at 1;000 MSL our aircraft had a sudden decrease in RPM to 1;200 and began shaking violently. Instructor seized the controls and turned around to land on the opposite runway; immediately [alerting ATC]. Power was restored on the descent and aircraft stopped shaking. The landing was made on xxr with no other issues.
