Narrative:
We departed runway 30 at morristown headed wnw to do tracking of the main rotor system. As we departed the air traffic area we started a slow climb to 4000'. At 25-2700', we were over dover (which to our charts indicate we were outside the TCA limits) and continued to climb to 4000'. (The reason for 4000' was because of turbulence at 2500'). We accomplished our tracking headed west at 4000' for about 5-7 mins, made a descending 180 and returned to morristown at 2500'. Upon landing we were instructed to call the tower, which we did. We were then told that according to TRACON we had climbed through the TCA airspace at some point. However, as previously stated, according to all our indications we were never in the TCA airspace.

Title: FLC OF HELICOPTER ON TEST FLT ALLEGEDLY ENTERED N90 TCA.
Narrative: WE DEPARTED RWY 30 AT MORRISTOWN HEADED WNW TO DO TRACKING OF THE MAIN ROTOR SYS. AS WE DEPARTED THE ATA WE STARTED A SLOW CLB TO 4000'. AT 25-2700', WE WERE OVER DOVER (WHICH TO OUR CHARTS INDICATE WE WERE OUTSIDE THE TCA LIMITS) AND CONTINUED TO CLB TO 4000'. (THE REASON FOR 4000' WAS BECAUSE OF TURB AT 2500'). WE ACCOMPLISHED OUR TRACKING HEADED W AT 4000' FOR ABOUT 5-7 MINS, MADE A DSNDING 180 AND RETURNED TO MORRISTOWN AT 2500'. UPON LNDG WE WERE INSTRUCTED TO CALL THE TWR, WHICH WE DID. WE WERE THEN TOLD THAT ACCORDING TO TRACON WE HAD CLIMBED THROUGH THE TCA AIRSPACE AT SOME POINT. HOWEVER, AS PREVIOUSLY STATED, ACCORDING TO ALL OUR INDICATIONS WE WERE NEVER IN THE TCA AIRSPACE.
