Narrative:

Air carrier Y was at FL330. Cpr X was climbing to FL410. Sep lost 4.4 mi latitude at FL330. Both aircraft asked if the turns issued for traffic were for them. Turn clearance issued twice to the climbing cpr X, and 3 times for air carrier Y before aircraft began their turns. Basic reason sep was lost was due to error in judgement that aircraft would be latitude separated when climb was issued to cpr Y. Radar vectors were not responded in a timely fashion.
