Narrative:
Air carrier X called to relocate on the field to their maintenance hangar. I told air carrier to taxi northbound and hold short of runway 18L. Air carrier X was holding for awhile and I transmitted to air carrier X that I would get him across in 1 moment--1 more departure. Air carrier X then crossed with the other aircraft Y on departure roll.
