Narrative:
I was the flying pilot. I rolled onto runway xl and selected toga by accident prior to thrust reaching 40%. Probably selected toga [at] approximately 25%. Very little split in thrust upon full spool up; held brake upon realizing my mistake so to prevent adverse movement of aircraft. No issues and continued normal departure.this was my first trip to fly since month. This was an accident that I realized had taken place as soon as it took place. I need to pause and think before selecting toga.
