Narrative:

I was contacted by a photographer to take him up to get some aerials of 2 industrial, chemical sites. He pressured me to go below 1000' AGL, although I told him I couldn't. I insisted and never went below 1000' AGL while we were circling the sites. I was crossing over many sites that are sensitive to industrial espionage, circling many times. I know too many people that fly pipeline that have been accused of flying lower than they were, and had their licenses pulled temporarily. That is why, even though I felt I was safe and legal, I filed this report. I did contact the largest chemical plant to inform them of my overflt.
