Narrative:
I had flight return to ord account of aircraft vibrations. Ord WX was clear and I had enough fuel to return to ord since we did not have any inbound delays. Aircraft went into holding. Neither the captain nor ATC published or radioed any delays to me. Flight landed with reserve fuel. Better coordination and communication would probably have changed my action. I realized a problem occurred after flight was on ground ord.
