Narrative:
Reported inbound over reporting point (substation). Mri tower advised to continue inbound and report at west high school. On arrival at reporting point, tower was busy with other aircraft. It is approximately 1 mi from second reporting point to turn to final. My attention changed from reporting in to landing, which I did. On rollout, I observed aircraft on opp end of runway awaiting departure (aircraft were landing 33, departing 15). Other aircraft was advised to cancel takeoff clearance and taxi clear. I turned off well ahead of other aircraft. This is a very routine approach. I do it several times per day. Usually, if tower is busy talking to other aircraft when I cross the final reporting point, they generally advise that I am cleared to land. I allowed myself to become complacent. Should have paid more attention to radio, clearance procedures and should have checked the entire runway. Tower should have used their radar to check and monitor incoming traffic, and remembered my reporting inbound.

Title: AIR TAXI ON APCH DOES NOT REPORT AS DIRECTED. LANDS WITH TRAFFIC CLEARED FOR TKOF OPPOSITE DIRECTION.
Narrative: RPTED INBND OVER RPTING POINT (SUBSTATION). MRI TWR ADVISED TO CONTINUE INBND AND RPT AT WEST HIGH SCHOOL. ON ARR AT RPTING POINT, TWR WAS BUSY WITH OTHER ACFT. IT IS APPROX 1 MI FROM SECOND RPTING POINT TO TURN TO FINAL. MY ATTN CHANGED FROM RPTING IN TO LNDG, WHICH I DID. ON ROLLOUT, I OBSERVED ACFT ON OPP END OF RWY AWAITING DEP (ACFT WERE LNDG 33, DEPARTING 15). OTHER ACFT WAS ADVISED TO CANCEL TKOF CLRNC AND TAXI CLR. I TURNED OFF WELL AHEAD OF OTHER ACFT. THIS IS A VERY ROUTINE APCH. I DO IT SEVERAL TIMES PER DAY. USUALLY, IF TWR IS BUSY TALKING TO OTHER ACFT WHEN I CROSS THE FINAL RPTING POINT, THEY GENERALLY ADVISE THAT I AM CLRED TO LAND. I ALLOWED MYSELF TO BECOME COMPLACENT. SHOULD HAVE PAID MORE ATTN TO RADIO, CLRNC PROCS AND SHOULD HAVE CHKED THE ENTIRE RWY. TWR SHOULD HAVE USED THEIR RADAR TO CHK AND MONITOR INCOMING TFC, AND REMEMBERED MY RPTING INBND.
