Narrative:
This incident occurred while taxiing to us customs after a flight to treasure cay in the bahamas. The left wing tip hit a fence and knocked off the navigation light. A report was made to all local authorities. The aircraft was taxied to a fixed base operation, and the light replaced. Officials at customs told me this was a common occurrence, and fence too close to ramp.
