Narrative:
The trip was from OT2 to ome via little diomede VFR for sightseeing purposes. The ADIZ had been moved east since we had done this same trip previously. We penetrated the ADIZ outbnd while talking to FSS while not realizing it. We made the trip at slow speed so as to conserve fuel and not be a high-speed return on radar. Although we informed FSS of our intentions, no one reminded us of the ADIZ or mentioned any problem with our planned trip. Alerting FSS personnel about this problem and a note on aeronautical charts stating penetration requirements would be helpful.
