Narrative:
Descending from FL370 to FL330 aircraft encountered unreported and undetected turbulence for approximately 10 seconds (turbulence light to moderate). Seat belt light was on; however, 1 passenger was in the aft lav and was injured. There were no thunderstorms within 25 mi. Radar was on and operating normally. There was no turbulence before or after this 10 second bump. Paramedics met the flight upon arrival in atl. I was informed that the passenger had an apparent broken leg. The passenger was a female and approximately 82 yrs old. No other onboard injuries occurred during this turbulence.
