Narrative:
After switching to departure control immediately after takeoff, we were cleared to 14000'. Approaching 10000' we were told of approaching traffic at 11000'. We then asked for verification of clearance altitude, and were told to level at 10000'. We leveled at 10000' and traffic passed by west/O incident.
