Narrative:
While being vectored for an approach to runway 19R at sna, and descending to 3000', we received a RA on our TCAS to take immediate evasive action. We were in a turn and had visibility contact with the intruder. We disregarded the RA, but the distraction from the aural advisory caused us to descend below the 3000' altitude which we were cleared to. The distraction from the TCAS also masked the altitude alert warning.
