Narrative:
I failed to notice a parked airplane (low wing small aircraft-a) to the right side of taxiway as I was taxiing my tail dragger to the hangar, and my propeller struck the propeller of the small aircraft-a. The tail dragger is very blind in ground operation. The accident could have been avoided if proper and sufficient s-turns had been made.
