Narrative:

After my first touch and go I was told by boise tower to make left traffic for runway 10L. As I proceeded downwind, tower advised me to make short approach as I had traffic to follow. I decided to make a power off approach. As I finished the checklist, I made base leg turn. When I had finished my turn, for some reason my eyes locked onto threshold of 10R, and I failed to identify it. Then I proceeded to land on the wrong runway and was unaware of my critical mistake until the tower told me to hold my position and if I could see men working down the runway. I said I could and then realized what horrible and critical error I had made. Later while talking with my instructor, a few mistakes came to mind. After the before landing checklist, I failed to identify 10L, #2 was. Once on short final I again failed to identify the mistake I just made. My next few flts will be with my instructor to see why I had erred, or any habits that shouldn't be in the airplane, shortcomings in my flying, or other faults.

Narrative: AFTER MY FIRST TOUCH AND GO I WAS TOLD BY BOISE TWR TO MAKE L TFC FOR RWY 10L. AS I PROCEEDED DOWNWIND, TWR ADVISED ME TO MAKE SHORT APCH AS I HAD TFC TO FOLLOW. I DECIDED TO MAKE A PWR OFF APCH. AS I FINISHED THE CHKLIST, I MADE BASE LEG TURN. WHEN I HAD FINISHED MY TURN, FOR SOME REASON MY EYES LOCKED ONTO THRESHOLD OF 10R, AND I FAILED TO IDENT IT. THEN I PROCEEDED TO LAND ON THE WRONG RWY AND WAS UNAWARE OF MY CRITICAL MISTAKE UNTIL THE TWR TOLD ME TO HOLD MY POS AND IF I COULD SEE MEN WORKING DOWN THE RWY. I SAID I COULD AND THEN REALIZED WHAT HORRIBLE AND CRITICAL ERROR I HAD MADE. LATER WHILE TALKING WITH MY INSTRUCTOR, A FEW MISTAKES CAME TO MIND. AFTER THE BEFORE LNDG CHKLIST, I FAILED TO IDENT 10L, #2 WAS. ONCE ON SHORT FINAL I AGAIN FAILED TO IDENT THE MISTAKE I JUST MADE. MY NEXT FEW FLTS WILL BE WITH MY INSTRUCTOR TO SEE WHY I HAD ERRED, OR ANY HABITS THAT SHOULDN'T BE IN THE AIRPLANE, SHORTCOMINGS IN MY FLYING, OR OTHER FAULTS.
