Narrative:
Due to WX delays, departed bos 1 hour 10 min late for dca. Contacted dca approach at pm:32 (left) and vectored normally for visual approach to runway 36. Touched down at pm:44 with several aircraft landing in front and 2 aircraft landing behind us. Company manuals state approach clearance must be received by pm:30 (left). Company dispatch contacted and we were told to continue. Approach control and tower said nothing about the curfew even after queried by us.

Narrative: DUE TO WX DELAYS, DEPARTED BOS 1 HR 10 MIN LATE FOR DCA. CONTACTED DCA APCH AT PM:32 (L) AND VECTORED NORMALLY FOR VISUAL APCH TO RWY 36. TOUCHED DOWN AT PM:44 WITH SEVERAL ACFT LNDG IN FRONT AND 2 ACFT LNDG BEHIND US. COMPANY MANUALS STATE APCH CLRNC MUST BE RECEIVED BY PM:30 (L).
