Narrative:
Air carrier X landed runway 22, I was working all tower positions combined (just commenced the shift) with 2 GA aircraft conducting touch-and-goes plus arrs and departures. On the landing roll I instructed air carrier X to 'turn left at the end' (taxiway bravo), this taxiway portion was notamed closed. The aircraft exited the runway, stopped in front of the barricades and advised me that he could not move any further. I ensured he was off the runway, contacted the county foreman and air carrier operations. A tow was dispatched to aircraft for a pushback, aircraft taxied to gate under own power. NOTAM was included in ATIS broadcast. On my part it is habit to have aircraft exit at the end of runway 22. Barricades were located at least 1 aircraft length off of runway. Aircraft never entered the barricaded area. As per pilot, no damage to aircraft. Supplemental information from acn 184869: on landing rollout on runway 22, tower controller cleared me to turn left at the end. I turned left to clear the runway and was immediately confronted with barricades across the taxiway. The taxiway closure was not notamed nor was it on the company daily field report for roc. The closure was on the ATIS but was lost in the transcription in the cockpit. I never received this information. Often all information on the ATIS is not transferred to the PF but given only the highlights or what is considered important to the immediate operation. I have noticed this has a tendency to occur more often in 2-MAN cockpits due to time constraints/workload leaving the center/approach frequency to the PF. Considering the incorrect clearance given by the tower - also contributing to this situation was possibly the distraction of the tower controller who was also covering ground control and clearance delivery. Supplemental information from acn 185210: after landing on runway 22 tower cleared us to turn left at end of runway. About 200 ft down the taxiway a barrier blocked the taxiway requiring us to be towed to a point where taxi to terminal could be completed. The taxiway closure was on the ATIS but was not notamed in the company field report for roc. The controller directed a turn on the taxiway.

Title: ACR X TURNED ONTO NOTAMED CLOSED TAXIWAY, PLTDEV. LCL CTLR BEHAVIOR COMPLACENCY TECHNIQUE ATC COM INSTRUCTED ACR X TO TURN ONTO CLOSED TAXIWAY. SYS ERROR.
Narrative: ACR X LANDED RWY 22, I WAS WORKING ALL TWR POSITIONS COMBINED (JUST COMMENCED THE SHIFT) WITH 2 GA ACFT CONDUCTING TOUCH-AND-GOES PLUS ARRS AND DEPS. ON THE LNDG ROLL I INSTRUCTED ACR X TO 'TURN L AT THE END' (TAXIWAY BRAVO), THIS TAXIWAY PORTION WAS NOTAMED CLOSED. THE ACFT EXITED THE RWY, STOPPED IN FRONT OF THE BARRICADES AND ADVISED ME THAT HE COULD NOT MOVE ANY FURTHER. I ENSURED HE WAS OFF THE RWY, CONTACTED THE COUNTY FOREMAN AND AIR CARRIER OPS. A TOW WAS DISPATCHED TO ACFT FOR A PUSHBACK, ACFT TAXIED TO GATE UNDER OWN PWR. NOTAM WAS INCLUDED IN ATIS BROADCAST. ON MY PART IT IS HABIT TO HAVE ACFT EXIT AT THE END OF RWY 22. BARRICADES WERE LOCATED AT LEAST 1 ACFT LENGTH OFF OF RWY. ACFT NEVER ENTERED THE BARRICADED AREA. AS PER PLT, NO DAMAGE TO ACFT. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 184869: ON LNDG ROLLOUT ON RWY 22, TWR CTLR CLRED ME TO TURN L AT THE END. I TURNED L TO CLR THE RWY AND WAS IMMEDIATELY CONFRONTED WITH BARRICADES ACROSS THE TAXIWAY. THE TAXIWAY CLOSURE WAS NOT NOTAMED NOR WAS IT ON THE COMPANY DAILY FIELD RPT FOR ROC. THE CLOSURE WAS ON THE ATIS BUT WAS LOST IN THE TRANSCRIPTION IN THE COCKPIT. I NEVER RECEIVED THIS INFO. OFTEN ALL INFO ON THE ATIS IS NOT TRANSFERRED TO THE PF BUT GIVEN ONLY THE HIGHLIGHTS OR WHAT IS CONSIDERED IMPORTANT TO THE IMMEDIATE OP. I HAVE NOTICED THIS HAS A TENDENCY TO OCCUR MORE OFTEN IN 2-MAN COCKPITS DUE TO TIME CONSTRAINTS/WORKLOAD LEAVING THE CENTER/APCH FREQ TO THE PF. CONSIDERING THE INCORRECT CLRNC GIVEN BY THE TWR - ALSO CONTRIBUTING TO THIS SITUATION WAS POSSIBLY THE DISTR OF THE TWR CTLR WHO WAS ALSO COVERING GND CTL AND CLRNC DELIVERY. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 185210: AFTER LNDG ON RWY 22 TWR CLRED US TO TURN L AT END OF RWY. ABOUT 200 FT DOWN THE TAXIWAY A BARRIER BLOCKED THE TAXIWAY REQUIRING US TO BE TOWED TO A POINT WHERE TAXI TO TERMINAL COULD BE COMPLETED. THE TAXIWAY CLOSURE WAS ON THE ATIS BUT WAS NOT NOTAMED IN THE COMPANY FIELD RPT FOR ROC. THE CTLR DIRECTED A TURN ON THE TAXIWAY.
