Narrative:
Briefed takeoff with maspeth climb, captain flying. Fairly heavy weight with slight tailwind, trw approaching, rain just beginning. Told tower unable SID due trw, they said departure control will issue wind shear alert just after our lift-off. When we contact departure they issued an immediate left turn, so we discontinued the SID. We were later advised of a noise violation. This airport has too many limitations!
