Narrative:
Non electric gear crank would not turn any further and I assumed the gear was down and locked. Corrective action: make a visual inspection of knee action of landing gear and not depend on the feel of gear crank.

Narrative: NON ELECTRIC GEAR CRANK WOULD NOT TURN ANY FURTHER AND I ASSUMED THE GEAR WAS DOWN AND LOCKED. CORRECTIVE ACTION: MAKE A VISUAL INSPECTION OF KNEE ACTION OF LNDG GEAR AND NOT DEPEND ON THE FEEL OF GEAR CRANK.
