Narrative:

Chicago center informed kalamazoo approach that my reservation into oshkosh whittman regional field was for jul/tue/91 and not for jul/mon/91 as I arranged with cleveland FSS on jul/sun/91 at approximately XA00 EDT. Kalamazoo approach discussed the problem with chicago center and I was informed that they would make room for me but would put me on the violation list. I was on an IFR flight plan from tol to osh which included my reservation #. My question has to be, why would only part of my flight plan be valid? My reservation was made at the same time as I filed my flight plan. It is not reasonable that my flight plan would be for the mon and my landing reservation for tue.

Title: CONFUSION ON DATE OF RESERVATION FOR ATTENDING AIRSHOW.

Narrative: CHICAGO CENTER INFORMED KALAMAZOO APCH THAT MY RESERVATION INTO OSHKOSH WHITTMAN REGIONAL FIELD WAS FOR JUL/TUE/91 AND NOT FOR JUL/MON/91 AS I ARRANGED WITH CLEVELAND FSS ON JUL/SUN/91 AT APPROX XA00 EDT. KALAMAZOO APCH DISCUSSED THE PROBLEM WITH CHICAGO CENTER AND I WAS INFORMED THAT THEY WOULD MAKE ROOM FOR ME BUT WOULD PUT ME ON THE VIOLATION LIST. I WAS ON AN IFR FLT PLAN FROM TOL TO OSH WHICH INCLUDED MY RESERVATION #. MY QUESTION HAS TO BE, WHY WOULD ONLY PART OF MY FLT PLAN BE VALID? MY RESERVATION WAS MADE AT THE SAME TIME AS I FILED MY FLT PLAN. IT IS NOT REASONABLE THAT MY FLT PLAN WOULD BE FOR THE MON AND MY LNDG RESERVATION FOR TUE.
