Narrative:
While rearranging baggage I accidentally turned on ELT remote switch located in baggage compartment. I normally monitor 121.5 and 122.0 on second radio and had done so during shutdown. Remote switch should be relocated or covered to prevent recurrence.

Title: ELT ACCIDENTALLY TURNED ON WHEN REARRANGING BAGGAGE.
Narrative: WHILE REARRANGING BAGGAGE I ACCIDENTALLY TURNED ON ELT REMOTE SWITCH LOCATED IN BAGGAGE COMPARTMENT. I NORMALLY MONITOR 121.5 AND 122.0 ON SECOND RADIO AND HAD DONE SO DURING SHUTDOWN. REMOTE SWITCH SHOULD BE RELOCATED OR COVERED TO PREVENT RECURRENCE.
