Narrative:
Captain flew aircraft for a mead 8 departure. (Which was his filed departure). ATC clearance was for a oasis fix. Departure control noticed our mistake and gave us radar vectors. No conflict with any other aircraft occurred and no altitudes were violated. Better departure briefing in future!

Narrative: CAPT FLEW ACFT FOR A MEAD 8 DEP. (WHICH WAS HIS FILED DEP). ATC CLRNC WAS FOR A OASIS FIX. DEP CTL NOTICED OUR MISTAKE AND GAVE US RADAR VECTORS. NO CONFLICT WITH ANY OTHER ACFT OCCURRED AND NO ALTS WERE VIOLATED. BETTER DEP BRIEFING IN FUTURE!
