Narrative:
Air carrier X issued descent clearance to 110 expedite through 160, pilot read back expedite through 160, maintain 100. I missed readback and transferred aircraft to rdu approach prior to noticing mode C at 100. I had 1 or 2 aircraft on vectors for descent into rdu during hub arrival operations and clt departure operations which loads up sector.
