Narrative:

ZMA coordinated air carrier X at fix slapp, A554 pref route to jfk at FL350. Aircraft entered ZNY at forrd R763 bacus pref to jfk FL350. Error discovered by ZNY controller (myself) on initial contact with air carrier X through communication radio. There was no traffic on this route, air carrier X was allowed to continue on cleared route of flight (R763).

Narrative: ZMA COORDINATED ACR X AT FIX SLAPP, A554 PREF RTE TO JFK AT FL350. ACFT ENTERED ZNY AT FORRD R763 BACUS PREF TO JFK FL350. ERROR DISCOVERED BY ZNY CTLR (MYSELF) ON INITIAL CONTACT WITH ACR X THROUGH COM RADIO. THERE WAS NO TFC ON THIS RTE, ACR X WAS ALLOWED TO CONTINUE ON CLRED RTE OF FLT (R763).
