Narrative:
I was working R-58 at ZJX. I was very busy with usual rush plus dab approach radar was out for scheduled maintenance which means I was working 60 to FL310 instead of 120 to FL310. I had a 'tracker' and a 'D' side. Since I was just notified of this incident by telephone 10 days later, I don't remember the specifics. By listening to the tapes I can surmise that I vectored air carrier X west of course to get several aircraft into orl. I later gave air carrier X a 180 heading. I then handed air carrier X to hobee sector in miami. Air carrier X got within 1/2 mi of the boyle sector's airspace without a pointout. Since it has been so long since the incident I cannot remember telling the tracker or D side to pointout air carrier X to boyle. I suspect that the 'tracker' or 'D' failed to pointout air carrier X to boyle.
