Narrative:
The pilot, en route from lhu (lake havasu) to tnp (twenty nine palms) made a precautionary landing at tnp eaf mcagcc for WX and in the process entered R2501E and R2501S. The pilot's intentions were to refuel at tnp municipal but instead diverted to the marine base 15 NM northwest. Remaining fuel was minimal. After inspection he was released to make his short flight to tnp and refuel, then continue on to his final destination ral (riverside, ca).

Title: SPI ON XCOUNTRY LANDS AT MIL FIELD, PENETRATES RESTRICTED AREAS.
Narrative: THE PLT, ENRTE FROM LHU (LAKE HAVASU) TO TNP (TWENTY NINE PALMS) MADE A PRECAUTIONARY LNDG AT TNP EAF MCAGCC FOR WX AND IN THE PROCESS ENTERED R2501E AND R2501S. THE PLT'S INTENTIONS WERE TO REFUEL AT TNP MUNICIPAL BUT INSTEAD DIVERTED TO THE MARINE BASE 15 NM NW. REMAINING FUEL WAS MINIMAL.
